The lyrics are of course different but this is Marshall Tucker's "Can't You See" The chords are identical. As well as other hit songs, the 1st one that come to mind is the Eagles "Already Gone" and others. These guys were able to manipulate a pretty simple chord structure to their benefit. I won't belabor the point. So you're going to have to mix it up pretty well or deal with the constant comparison comments. Tempo, meter changes, phrasing are all options. Maybe chord substitutions, - THAT will change the feel totally.
Ok you are either tuned down a half step or you're playing [ b B Gb:] which is a hard key to ad lib in anyway Gb major. You might consider sliding the chords up 1 fret - putting it in [ C G:] which is a lot friendlier G major. Then try the relative minors - original key would be [:Bbm Abm Ebm:] tonal key of Ebm or Gb major. Or the transposed key (up 1 fret ) [:Bm Am Em:] key of Em or G major. Possibly a combination of both major & minor chords (Example [:Bm C Em:] ). I didn't have time to analyze the melodic line - so you'll have to decide which combination flows better with your melody - or creating a slightly different melodic line to compensate. Don't change things rhythmically at first, see how it flows. Then adjust as needed. Or just throw caution the wind and totally mangle it - It kewl to be an artist. But anyway - I would try this first - the tune is good (great lyrics) but like I said before (musically it's in good company). Once this is done and you have another recording - please let me know - I'd love to hear what you've done. And if you still want my opinion ( NOT !!!) ( LOL ) feel free to ask.

nice guitar tone, what kind of gear are you using? like the vocal too, wish it was up in the mix a little more, but it's a live recording so that it always tough to get right.

The sound is (obviously) not that great, but damn, this is one tight band! And I'm sat here listening to it, grinning. Excellent work!
